Need to cancel an order? Email us at support@thanoslift.com as soon as possible with your order number. The sooner we hear from you, the better the chance we can stop it.
Before your order ships
Orders that have not left the warehouse can be cancelled. Once we confirm the cancellation, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
After your order ships
Car lifts travel by freight, so once an order is on its way it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the item after it arrives, please contact us and we will walk you through our return process.
